The Comprehensive Ultrasound Training Program (CUTP) is composed by 5 curricular units organized in blocks of 7-9 weeks.

The assessment will be composed of one knowledge test for each curricular unit (except Portfolio) and the presentation of one clinical case at the end of the course. The portfolio of reports will be assessed by the faculty as well.

Module 1: Ultrasound for minimally invasive procedures
- Principles of ultrasound
- Vascular accesses
- Nerve diameter and intracranial pressure
- Identification and placement of orotraqueal tube
- Gastric volume assessment

Module 2A: Ultrasound for peripheral nerve blocks (option 1)
- Nerve blocks of the head and neck
- Nerve blocks of the upper limb
- Nerve blocks of the thorax
