Registration fee payment policy
Payment of the course fee should be made by bank transfer but only only after receiving the confirmation of your registration. All the costs of transfer must be covered by the registrants. The bank transfer receipt should be sent within 7 days to sec-pg@ecsaude.uminho.pt. Your registration will be effective after confirmation of the bank transfer.

Registration and cancellation/refund policy
Registrants who wish to cancel but who do not follow these guidelines will forfeit all fees. You must send to sec-pg@ecsaude.uminho.pt your registration cancellation request, no later than 60 days prior to the course date. Registration refunds will be processed within 90 days. You will receive all amounts paid to the organization minus 20% as a handling fee.
