SCOPE  
   
 
Nowadays snoring and OSAS are considerate a public health problem, not only because of their high frequency, morbidity and mortality but also due to the social and familiar impact on patient´s. In this cadaver course we pretend, step-by-step, perform on cadaver the basic and most recent technics for the different etiologies of snoring and OSAS.
