In recent years, the patients expectations regarding the outcomes of cataract surgery have increased exponentially. Today, there are several techniques and strategies that allow the surgeon to correct all the refractive errors and provide a better quality of life to the patient submitted to cataract surgery.
The overall aim of the workshop will be to give a broad and practical perspective about premium cataract surgery. The target audience will be made up of Ophthalmologists from Portugal and Spain, already with experience in premium surgery, or with an interest in developing it, and interested in providing a superior service to their patients. The idea is to make presentations that allow the ophthalmologists to take home tools that can help them in their clinical practices.
This course does not provide credentials for the exercise of medicine for those without appropriate training, recognition and registered at the "Ordem dos Médicos".
